1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or placing an order on ventakart.com (“VentaKart,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Return Policy, and Shipping Policy. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please do not use this website.

2. About VentaKart

VentaKart is an e-commerce platform operated by Renown Systems and Softwares, a company based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, established in 2011. VentaKart sells genuine software licenses, computer hardware, and electronic accessories to customers primarily within India.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age, or purchasing under the supervision of a parent/guardian, and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, to use this website or place an order.

4. Products & Pricing

• All prices listed are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to modify prices, discontinue products, or correct pricing errors at any time without prior notice.
• Product images are for representation purposes; slight variation from the actual product may occur.

5. Software License Products

• Software license keys sold on VentaKart (e.g., Windows, Microsoft Office, antivirus products) are sourced through authorised vendor channels and are activation-based digital products.
• Once a license key is delivered/revealed to the customer, the sale is final, except where the key is defective or invalid — see our Return Policy for details.
• Customers are responsible for activating licenses on eligible, compatible devices as per the vendor’s terms of use.

6. Orders & Payments

• An order is confirmed only after successful payment authorisation.
• We accept payments through the payment gateways integrated on the site (cards, UPI, net banking, and other listed methods).
• We reserve the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud, error, or unauthorised activity, with a full refund issued in such cases.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Physical products are shipped as per the timelines specified in our Shipping Policy. Digital products (software keys) are typically delivered via email or account dashboard after payment confirmation.

8. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Returns and refunds are governed by our separate Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Digital/software products are non-returnable once delivered, except in cases of a verified defect.

9. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including logos, text, graphics, and design — is the property of Renown Systems and Softwares / VentaKart and may not be reproduced without written permission. Third-party software and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

11. Limitation of Liability

VentaKart shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of products purchased through this site, to the maximum extent permitted under applicable Indian law.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
